How you could help

We have deliberately avoided suggesting a certain increase to your existing giving as everyone’s circumstances are different and instead have indicated an overall amount equivalent to 10% of our current income that the church needs to function.

If you are able to respond to our need you can do so by:

• Committing to or by increasing your regular giving
• Making a one-off donation in which case it will be treated as a Fabric Fund donation unless you say otherwise. Please make a cheque payable to St John’s Milford and send it as below.
• Becoming a Friend of St John’s, in which case your contributions would be used solely towards the maintenance and special projects of the church as part of the Fabric Fund. A brochure about the Friends of St John's is available (or refer to the Friends tab on the website).

Gift Aid increases your giving by 25% so we would encourage any person paying tax to complete the enclosed declaration and return it with the bankers order.

Legacies are a wonderful windfall to churches and charities and so we would encourage you to include St John's when you are considering your legacy gifts.

A bankers order or envelope scheme response and a gift aid declaration can be obtained for completion and returned to The Church Treasurer - Nick O’Brien
